In late 2016, only two weeks into my new role of content and video manager at The Ocean Cleanup, I was sent to take part to the Aerial Expedition - an ambitious research mission to quantify the plastic pollution problem in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. An unforgettable ride with the scientific team aboard a vietnam-war-era C-130 Hercules Aircraft.
